Active/passive: ToneChaser TC-3B Preamp, 9V or 18 V supply. High headroom/low impedance output can feed line level inputs. Bass, Mid and Treble controls with pickups blender and volume. Push/pull switch for active/passive selection. Quick-release battery box.
Option of mini-switches for coil tapping: selection between humbucking (dual coil) and single coil modes for each pickup. Option of extra "blend circuit" between each pickup's coils: 2 switches provide the selection between series or parallel coil connection mode for each pickup, whilst 2 knobs provide the blend between coils for each pickup, when in parallel mode.
